Pre-Licensure Class

Are you looking to obtain a new contractor license in Utah? This course is specifically designed to fulfill the state requirements for both Specialty and General contractors.

🏗️ Choose Your License Path

Depending on your license type, your course duration and requirements will vary:

• Specialty / Subcontractors

  • Requirement: Must attend the 25-hour variant of the course.

  • Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday.

  • Note: You are not required to take the Business & Law exam.

• General Contractors

  • Requirement: Must attend the full 30-hour course.

  • Schedule: Tuesday – Friday.

  • Test Prep: The final 5-hour session (Friday) is a dedicated test-prep class designed to help you master the material for the Business & Law exam. (Note: This class does not include the exam itself or its associated fees.)

📘 Materials & Attendance

• Textbooks: Recommended but optional. If you choose to purchase one during checkout, it will be available for pickup on the first day of class.

• Attendance Policy: You are required to attend ALL hours of the course. Any missed hours must be completed at a later date before a certificate of completion can be issued.

• Lunch: Provided for all students every day! 🍴

• FRI: 8:30 am – 2:15 pm (General Only)

⚠️ Attendance: 100% attendance is required. Missed hours must be made up before your certificate is issued.
